What an event app
really costs.

Most event-app companies won't show you a price until you've sat through a sales call. We will. Here's our pricing, their pricing, and the fees they'd rather mention later, side by side.

Our pricing, in the open

Three packages. Every price on the page.

The short version: $2,500 puts your event on one branded link. $4,500 makes it an app people use all weekend. $6,500 adds the tools your crew runs the event with.

Branded Event Guide

$2,500 starting at

Think of it as your event's brochure, minus the printing bill: one link that answers every question your attendees ask all weekend: who's on, where's the food, what time does it open. Put it on posters, socials, and signs.

  • Schedule & lineup, vendors, sponsors, FAQs, event map, announcements
  • Your logo, colors, and name, fully white-label
  • QR code & link. No App Store, nothing to download
  • Admin dashboard for day-of changes
  • Build it yourself in the free builder or send us your materials. You keep full control either way
  • Two admin accounts · two revision rounds
  • Stays live 3 months after the event
Right for markets, fairs, one-day festivals, and community events that need a clean digital brochure without the extras.

Branded Event App

$4,500 starting at

Everything in the Guide, plus the reasons somebody pulls their phone out mid-event: a push alert when the schedule slips, a map that gives directions to booth 42, your own domain on the poster.

  • Everything in the Branded Event Guide
  • Push notifications & live announcements
  • Interactive floor plan with booth-by-booth detail and walking directions
  • Your own domain
  • Photo gallery, weather, merch drops, email capture
  • Attendance & usage analytics
  • Five admin accounts · three revision rounds
  • Priority support through event week
  • Stays live 12 months
Right for multi-day festivals, trade shows, and fairs where the app has to earn its spot on the home screen.

Full Event Platform

$6,500 starting at

For events with staff, vendors, and moving parts. The app your attendees see, plus the tools your crew runs the weekend with, and us on call while they do.

  • Everything in the Branded Event App
  • Staff portal with roles & per-area access
  • Vendor applications & submissions
  • Lost & found and on-the-ground ops tools
  • Live camera & multi-stage video for the big ones
  • We load and organize your content for you
  • A real person on call through your event weekend
  • Rolls forward to next year's event
Right for the events where a 7am Saturday schedule change is a "when," not an "if."

Bigger, weirder, or fully hands-off?

Multi-event organizations, ticketing and data integrations, parking and traffic tools, sponsor Wi-Fi, onsite event-weekend staffing, modules nobody's built yet. We do that work too. It's quoted by scope, because pretending custom engineering has one flat price is how the rest of the industry ended up at "contact us." Tell us what you're running and we'll put a real number on it.

Request a scoped quote

"Starting at" means exactly that: the listed price covers one event of up to three event days at the scope shown. What can move a quote up is listed below, and you'll know your number before you commit to anything.

No fine print. This is the whole print

What moves a quote, and what never will

Things that can move it up

  • Attendance: a 25,000-person fair is more platform than a 2,500-person market
  • Extra event days beyond three
  • A big interactive floor plan, priced by booth count, same as the floor-plan companies do it
  • Content loading on the Guide or App packages, if you'd rather we do the typing
  • Rush launches (under about two weeks out)
  • Onsite support. We'll come to your event; Alaska travel costs what it costs

Things that never will

  • No cut of your ticket sales, ever
  • No per-attendee pricing. Your crowd growing is your win, not our invoice
  • No paywalled "premium" support tier
  • No charge for your own data. It's yours, exportable, always
  • No surprise add-ons after you've signed

Side by side

Us vs. the industry

Published or widely reported pricing as of mid-2026. Every one of these is a capable product. We just think you should see the whole bill before the demo, not after.

PlatformReal-world costPricing public? How attendees get itRegistration / attendee feesWhere they are
The Coop HQ $2,500 / $4,500 / $6,500+, all published above Yes, this page Link & QR, installs to home screen None Alaska. You can call us.

Appmiral €339–€599/month billed annually (≈$4,400–$7,800/yr); Pro reported €10,000+/yr Tiers public, Pro is quote Native app None Belgium
Aloompa / Leap Quote-only; festival builds historically reported $10,000–$30,000+ No Native app Varies by contract Nashville, TN
LineUpr Free under 50 attendees; roughly $459–$929/event at 1,000 attendees Yes Web None Germany
ExpoFP $990–$2,100 per event, for the floor plan alone Yes Web None Remote / intl.

Credit where due: LineUpr publishes prices and skips the App Store, same as us, but it's self-serve template software, so your team does all the building, and there's no interactive floor plan, no staff tools, and nobody to call when the schedule falls apart Saturday morning. And the floor plan ExpoFP sells for up to $2,100 standalone? Included in our $4,500 package.

Read the fine print so you don't have to

Where event-app bills actually come from

The quote game

"Contact us for pricing"

Quote-only pricing means two events the same size can pay wildly different amounts: whatever the rep thinks your budget is. If a company won't print a number, the number is negotiable. Ours is printed.

Per-ticket skim

Percentage of every ticket

Run registration through some platforms and 3% + $0.99 comes off every paid ticket. On 5,000 tickets at $40, that's roughly $10,900, often more than the app itself. We don't sell ticketing, and we never touch your ticket revenue.

Add-on creep

The base price isn't the price

Document uploads, streaming packs, extra admins, "premium" support: add-ons reported at $500–$2,000 each stack up after you've already committed. Our packages say what's inside, and the table above is the receipt-level detail.

Hidden labor

Setup is your intern's problem

The platform fee buys software. The forty hours of typing in vendors, set times, and map pins? On most platforms that lands on your team. With us, setup is part of the product. You send what you have, we build from it.

App Store tax

Weeks of review, forced downloads

Native-first apps mean App Store review cycles, forced updates, and attendees standing at your gate downloading 80MB on festival Wi-Fi. Ours opens from a QR code in seconds and saves to the home screen.

Attendee caps

Priced by headcount

Several platforms cap attendees per plan (one caps its entry plan at 200) and re-quote you as you grow. Your crowd showing up shouldn't be a billing event.

Renewal drift

Year two, new quote

Quote-only pricing resets at renewal, right when switching platforms would hurt most. Ask us what year two costs before year one starts and we'll answer in writing. Rolling your event forward runs a fraction of launch, because the build's already done.

Support roulette

Ticket queues on event day

When the schedule changes at 7am Saturday, a support portal in another time zone doesn't help. We're in Alaska, we answer during your event. Same day, a real person.

Built here, not licensed here

Alaska owned. Alaska operated.

The Coop HQ / My Alaska Event is a local company. The platform was built running real Alaska events: outdoor festivals with spotty coverage, vendor grids that change the night before, weather that actually matters. That's why it's web-first, light on bandwidth, and built around an admin your own team can run.

Your money stays local

No per-ticket skim flowing to a platform Outside. Flat, published launch pricing.

One team, start to finish

The people who configure your platform are the people who answer during your event.

Your brand, your data

White-label under your name and domain. Your content and attendee data stay yours, exportable, always.
