The name, tagline, and emoji a logged-out visitor sees as their festival's starting point.

The big block above the fold. Headline is split into three pieces so each can have its own treatment.
Colors
The brand palette. Primary is the accent that paints buttons + highlights; the rest cascades.
Section copy
Every label on the home page. Leave a field blank to hide that piece (e.g. clear the "records" tile to remove the records quick-link).

Starter templates
The templates buyers start from in the builder. Add, edit, enable/disable, reorder, and delete — stored globally in Firebase (/admin/templates); the builder loads the enabled ones live.
Config is the full builder config JSON applied when a buyer picks the template. Tip: design it in the builder, then paste its config here. Invalid JSON won't save.
Email templates
Sign-in emails (verification / password reset / magic link) are stored in the Firebase console, not here. Notification/lead emails are sent by Cloud Functions.

Lead inbox
Every prospect who's filled out the "Love what you see?" form. Newest first. Email notifications fire to you automatically — this is the historical record.
Users
Everyone who's created an account on builder.html. Set their plan tier, grant them admin, or send a password-reset email. Changes save instantly.
